Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
Sol Mama currently delivers across India. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location. Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated to you at checkout and via your order confirmation. While we endeavour to meet these timelines, they are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, extreme weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden costs. We may occasionally offer free shipping on select orders or as part of promotional offers.

Shipment Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier partner details. You may use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If delivery is unsuccessful after three attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, re-delivery charges may apply.

Incorrect Address
The Company shall not be held liable for non-delivery or delays resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your delivery details before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
For COD orders, you will receive a confirmation call or email from our team before dispatch. A COD order will not be shipped until it has been confirmed by the customer. Please ensure you are reachable on the number provided at checkout.

Force Majeure
In exceptional circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, government-mandated lockdowns, strikes, or other events outside our reasonable control - delivery timelines may be significantly affected. We will communicate such situations transparently and do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.
