How do I choose the right size?
We design with real bodies in mind, not standard charts alone. We recommend checking our Size Guide (available on each product page) before placing your order. Our fits are intuitive and built to accommodate your changing body at every stage. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out to us at support@sol-mama.com, we're happy to help you find your fit.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we'll do our best to help. Please write to us at support@sol-mama.com as soon as possible.
However, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. In that case, you're welcome to follow our return process once you receive the item.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. Once your order is placed successfully, you'll receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you don't see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, reach out to us at support@sol-mama.com and we'll look into it for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which accepts all major debit and credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure payment options available at checkout. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Sol Mama does not store your card details or banking credentials on our servers. Your payment information is fully encrypted and secure.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are delivered within 7 working days, depending on your location across India. An estimated delivery date will be shown at checkout and shared in your order confirmation email.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and courier partner details. You can use this to track your delivery in real time. If you placed an order as a guest, tracking details will also be sent via SMS or email.
Are there any shipping charges?
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order. There are no hidden costs, what you see is what you pay. We may occasionally offer free shipping on select orders or as part of promotions.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment. Sol Mama currently delivers across India only. International shipping is something we're working towards and hope to introduce soon. So stay tuned!
What happens if my delivery is delayed?
Delays can occasionally happen due to logistics, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please write to us at support@sol-mama.com and we'll help you track it down.
How does Cash on Delivery (COD) work?
For COD orders, you'll receive a confirmation call, message, or email from our team before your order is dispatched. Please ensure you're reachable on the number provided at checkout. A COD order will not be shipped until it's confirmed by the customer. Payment is to be made directly to the delivery agent at the time of delivery.
What do I do if my order is missing a product?
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@sol-mama.com with your order ID and details of the missing item. Our team will investigate with the warehouse and courier partner and get back to you with a resolution as quickly as possible.
What happens if a delivery attempt fails?
Our delivery partners will make up to three attempts to deliver your package. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address or contact us to reschedule. Re-delivery charges may apply.
Can I change my delivery address or phone number after placing an order?
Yes, if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Please write to us at support@sol-mama.com as soon as possible with your order ID and the updated details. Once an order has been dispatched, address changes are not possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return policy?
We want every Sol Mama purchase to feel right. We accept returns on unused, unworn items in their original condition, with all tags attached and original packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
How many days do I have to initiate a return?
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please raise your return request within this window as any requests beyond 7 days will not be accepted.
How do I raise a return request?
You can initiate a return directly from the order page on our website. Please ensure you select all items you wish to return at the time of raising the request as only one return request can be raised per order. If you need to add items after raising a request, contact us at support@sol-mama.com (additional pickups may be subject to a fee).
Are returns free?
Yes, returns are free, provided the return request is raised through the Sol Mama website. If you choose to arrange a return independently via a courier without raising a request through us first, Sol Mama will not be responsible for any charges you incur.
Which items are not eligible for return?
The following cannot be returned:
- Products purchased on sale
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without original tags or packaging
Do you offer exchanges?
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or style, simply return the original item and place a fresh order. Need help picking the right size before you reorder? We're always happy to help at support@sol-mama.com.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved at our facility (processed within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunded amounts typically reflect within 14 working days, depending on your bank.
How are COD order refunds processed?
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made via bank transfer. Our team will reach out to collect your bank details. Please note that the original delivery charges will not be refunded.
What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?
We're so sorry if that happened! Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by writing to us at support@sol-mama.com with your order ID, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will investigate promptly and guide you through the next steps.
The colour of my product looks different from the website. Can I return it?
Slight colour variations between what you see on screen and the actual product are normal. This is a natural result of professional photography lighting and differences in screen calibration. Such variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for return. If the product is significantly different from its description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Are Sol Mama clothes suitable for all stages of pregnancy?
Yes! Our silhouettes are designed to adapt from early pregnancy through later stages and into postpartum. Adjustable details, flexible fits, and thoughtful construction allow each piece to grow with your body at every stage.
Can I wear Sol Mama pieces after my pregnancy?
Absolutely, that's one of our core design principles. Sol Mama is not "maternity-only." Our pieces are designed with longevity in mind, so you'll want to keep wearing them long after pregnancy, through your nursing phase too. Good design doesn't have a timeline.
Are your clothes nursing-friendly?
Yes. Nursing-friendly function is built seamlessly into our designs - whether it's ease of access or room to accommodate your changing body. Comfort and aesthetics always go hand in hand at Sol Mama.
What fabrics do you use?
Our fabrics are carefully chosen to stretch, breathe, and recover as your body changes, without losing structure or shape. We are mindful about the materials, dyes, and processes we use, especially since our clothes are worn close to the body during a sensitive phase of life. Specific fabric details are listed on each product page.
Are your dyes and materials safe during pregnancy?
Yes. We are particularly careful about the safety of dyes and processes we use, knowing that our clothes are worn close to the body during pregnancy and nursing. Safety is non-negotiable for us.
Are your products made in India?
Yes, proudly. All Sol Mama products and all their components are manufactured, processed, and produced in India.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account makes it easier to track your orders, manage returns, and save your wishlist for future visits.
How do I update my account details?
You can update your personal information including your email, address, and phone number by logging into your account at www.sol-mama.com. If you need help, write to us at support@sol-mama.com
How does Sol Mama use my personal data?
